  1. Did you create this database through cpanels database wizard?

    If yes, that databse name should be visible in the left column after you click the phpmyadmin link in cpanel (and it have logged you in to phpmyadmin).

    After it has logged you in, you can find the name of the database in the left column, click on it and it should show you all the tables etc so you can fix what you were gonna fix.

    Do NOT forget to backup the database first, if something goes wrong!

  4. I don't know if I'm supposed to put it in a directory and if so, is this a directory that I've created

    This should be the name of the folder you uploaded the extracted installation files to.

     

    It has a line for administrator email. Do I change what's there to an email I use? Right now it's showing admin@mydomain. I've never used that.

    You can change the admin@... to whatever emailadress you want.

     

    Under the advanced tab, it shows a database name. Do I use what's there and if so, do I have to have to give it a password? There's no line for password so would I have to create one some place else?

    I have never used Zen photo, but I can assume the database has to be created manually. Have you done that?

  6. Yesterday, Joomla released a security release (3.9.17). A little later they released another update (3.9.18) that fixed an bug presented in 3.9.17.
    I am not sure if 3.9.18 also contain the other fixes from 3.9.17, so therefor the info about them both and you might want to install them in the following order.

  7. I just checked my cpanels Softaculous features and I don´t see a backup feature anywhere in it. Do you use any other scripts/softwares that do backups for you? If not, please open a ticket with the help desk and ask them to look into this. Link in the "hosting" menu on top of page.

    Joomla 3.9.10 is now available.
