  4. We are sorry to see that you are having problems with MultiPHP option. As far as I can say, the # will not add automatically on .htaccess. We would suggest to submit a ticket to the help desk, so we can check this.
  5. If you deleted the mail from your mail client when using imap protocol, the email should be deleted from the server too. There is no question on that. However, if you deleted those mail within one week, we can try to restore the mail folders from the backup server. To check the availability of the backup, please submit a ticket to the helpdesk.
  6. Many clients are using Wordfence WordPress security plugin and we recommend you to use the same. We didn't see any load issues only with the Wordfence plugin. Most of the clients are having positive reviews with Wordfence.

  10. I have checked your domain youn****know.com and can find that it contains only basic html files, not really using any FrontPage components. You only used FrontPage to publish the site and hence the site is working fine. As of now, you can edit the site through the option HTML Editor in cPanel => File Manager or can try any other web development tools, as you wish.

  12. You just need to submit a ticket to the help desk in order to change the domain name of your hosting account.
  13. There is no chance to change the time stamp of file on execution, otherwise there is something else linked with it. I would suggest you to submit a ticket to the help desk to check this kind of issues.
  14. Please note that php 5.5, php 5.4 and php 5.3 are running on our servers, where php 5.4 as default. You can use the cPanel option "PHP Select" to choose to run your account on php 5.5 tmpDir really doesn't matter here, as its using the /tmp file system of the shared server - that is not full at any time.
