  2. I installed everything and when I go to test it.. I click on Add To Wishlist and I get this:

    I think I've done this before.. I will post because I can't figure something out.. and then while I am waiting for responses, I'll mess around with it and end up figuring it out :)

     

    I basically wanted to offer the customer multiple shipping options.. For example, $2 for the slowest shipping, $5 for a bit faster, $10 for fast and Free for local pickup :)

  4. Right now I say :thumbdown: to Oscommerce.. I've been trying to figure this out and have been lost for the last few hours or so. I know others have wanted this option so it can't just be me :rolleyes1:

     

    Anyways lots of the recommended fixes are either really old or have a half dozen fixes along with it.

     

    I am trying to figure out how to make multiple shipping options. Any ideas?

  5. I'm sorry if this has been asked, but I am confused at the moment and didn't seem to find what I needed looking thru the forums..

     

    I setup a OSCommerce shopping cart about a year ago.. and haven't used it since. So I have no idea what my info is. I went into cpanel and cannot for the life of me locate where the add-on shopping carts are.

     

    Also, one of the threads mentioned shared free SSL? Is that still available? How does that work?

  6. So far so good.. but now I am having another problem I did with OE. When I had the problem with OE, I changed the port to 26 and it helped, but I can't figure out how to do it with Thunderbird. Any suggestions? It is to send email. I looked to see if I could change the port, but can't find where it would be.

  7. I know I should fix it, but for the time being I have also switched my email over to Thunderbird since I've been using Firefox as well :) It must be the OE since it seems to be working ok with Thunderbird, but I just installed it so I will see. Thank you for the help!

  8. According to Microsoft this can happen for several reasons, one of them are a corrupt e-mail profile and another is a problem with the firewall.

    Please see if this MS article helps.

    Would it still randomly work tho? For the most part it works, maybe 90% of the time. Then it stops and the only emails that seem to be affected thru OE are the ones connected to my domains.. My ISP emails pull thru OE just fine.

  9. It is weird.. I get my email thru OE.. and it usually works.. but for some reason, it seems like it has been going down more often in the last week or so. And it isn't my internet connection because my ISP email comes thru and I can pull up webpages. I know it works, but has its moments for about an hour or so.

     

    The error I get with OE is:

    Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'angie@MYDOMAIN', Server: 'mail.MYDOMAIN', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

     

    It won't work for a while, then it starts working.. then a day or two later it does the same thing :)

  10. I wasn't sure where to put this, so I thought I'd try here.

     

    I've never had any problems with sending via email thru Outlook Express. Until I moved. Now I am with a new ISP and it won't send at all. No changes to my computer and/or OE. It just won't send and gives me this error:

     

    Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of inactivity. Account: 'angie@moonlitrealm.org', Server: 'mail.moonlitrealm.org', Protocol: SMTP, Port: 25, Secure(SSL): Yes, Socket Error: 10053, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

     

    I tried deleting the account from OE and setting it up via the cpanel and that didn't work. And it isn't with just this domain, it is with my other domains. Mail being sent from my ISP email via OE works just fine tho.

     

    Any ideas?
