This server needs an emergency restore. We have finished with the installation of OS and cPanel on a new disk and done server setup and configuration. Account restoration has been started from weekly backups. Once this is over, we will sync mails and databases from the old drive.
6% of the restore is over so far.

Sorry for the delay. In fact, the ip swap and cpanel license update went smooth, but we were doing some random checks. All seems good. Note, that customers using external nameservers will need to make changes to point their domains to the new ip. Please open helpdesk tickets if your websites are not loading. But, please ensure that it's not a dns cache issue.

For some technical reasons, we require to change the main ip of the server. This will need nearly 20 minutes of downtime. Domains using TCH nameservers should be accessible within a few minutes after the server is up. Customers using external nameservers, please raise a helpdesk ticket once the server is back up.

I use Mandriva in my laptop and CentOS in my desktop.
I have Windows XP Home in my desktop. But, I use it only for checking my APC backup and testing FrontPage extensions issues.
