I was looking for a fix for AWStats Access and found this thread. The other two questions I had about users finding their password and giving them access to email only are also here.
Everytime I start thinking about getting more bandwidth or diskspace somewhere else, I run into something I need to get help with and I find it here.
You guys are great.

Thanks for the PM. I understand moving the thread but the link to it didn't work from the first email.
I did create a database and created a user. However, I had not clicked Add User to DB. I did that and it worked. I thought because it showed the user and the database on the same line that it was set. I guess I could create a user and add or not to several MySQL databases.

A timely thread at TCH again.
I set up MT a while ago just to see how it worked and I decided to see what other options are available. I've decided to set up Textpattern. I've started only using CSS so I figured I get to try a new blog and punich myself by configuring everything in CSS.
I'm not that astute at MySql and can't seem to answer the opening setup.php questions:
MySQL login MySQL password
MySQL server MySQL database
Table prefix (Use ONLY for multiple installations in one database)
I believe that login is the account username_name, password is the password without the account username, server is localhost or blank and database is username_database.
I get this error from Textpattern:
Database username_database doesn't exist. Please create it or choose another.
I'm thinking the problem is knowing what MySQL server is. but I'm no expert. I've installed other MySQL databases successfully and this one is there.

Thanks for the responses from TCH. There are so few problems, I wasn't even sure where to check but now I see this is a correct forum. Also, thanks for having live server tracking available to us users. It really makes a difference to know you know there's a problem.

Is there somewhere on the forums for us to see that someone is on it when our server goes down? I can see the red bars on the status chart and I assume you've been alerted but I'd feel a lot more confident knowing action was happening.
Also, will you post what has happened and why so we all know what has been done to avoid a repeat of the problem?

Well, just in case anyone else needs to use a program like this, it does work pretty well once you realize that the attachment size limit apparently is slightly under the 2M advertised. I was testing with a 1.8M PDF and was getting the error message. As I worked through the troubleshooting, I discovered that lowering the file size made it work so I've set up several and it's doing the job.

I found something that promises to work but doesn't quite
so I thought I'd share and see if anyone has experience with it.The application is Autoresponder Unlimited. It allows file attachment on the automated response and will capture names and emails in a txt file. Also, it allows for a timed sequence of unique messages which is what I want looking for.
However, I can't get it working and am wondering if anyone else has set it up successfully. All I know is that there are no server-side issues with the script because Tech Support checked it.
Here's what works:
It will accept data and log it. It will also email me that someone has submitted the form and include all the data in the email.
What it won't do is send them a return message or redirect them to the selected url. I get this error:

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@silverleaf.biz and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I understand how to use the autoresponder feature on TCH but I'm looking for a way to attach a file to the automated email.
Is there a way to do this here?
If not, can someone recommend a good script I can install to do this?

Add-on note - I see people have looked but no response. Is it something readily available that I've missed or is this a stumper?
Let's up the ante - does anyone know of a good script to allow for sequenced autoresponses?
BTW, I'm not a SPAMmer or pushing affiliate sales sites. I've got a client who wants to deliver his free white paper as an attachment and would like to automatically follow up a week later to see if they liked it etc.

I've been using the script from here for sometime and just recently, instead of getting the logon prompt, I started getting this error message:

Did something change on the TCH end that requires me to change something?
