Not sure of the 'rules' in this forum. If specifics and/or Manufactures are not proper, please delete this thread. If not, I would love two - five cents worth from everyone. Background on use: Dreamweaver MX (some pretty intense graphics) and database work (again, some pretty large). I do programming in various languages but that is not real demanding of resources. I would like to get heavy into flash, which would be demanding. I also would like multiple monitors that would allow me to multitask easier. Thanks for input. $1938.00 P.S. Most definitely.... YES. Actually most people (and SEO 'experts') use too many. You can dilute the importance of your critical words by including non-critical selections. Your site is a tough call... I did not 'look' into keywords for you but in thinking about how to narrow to an ideal phrase or two is going to be tough I think. That is really what you want... I phrase or two. It is very difficult to go after top rankings for a whole slew of phrases, actually impossible if the phrases have any competitiveness.

Yes, especially the other affiliate links. Can you not create another page for those? Concerning PayPal, I think that most people that would donate would do so after reviewing the site (i.e. they would be on the 'other' pages). Therefore, not having that on the home page would not adversely affect donations (I think). Does all make sense now? [notice I spoke in 'shorter' font]

There is a reason but I am not sure it is 'logical'. This last Google dance (which ended 5/25) was very strange. It took an exceptionally long time and the results are quite strange. One result looks like they have regressed back to an old index.... this would explain noticeable lack of backlinks that many people have seen. There was talk that this dance was going to be different (major tweaking of the algorithm). My theory is that they had some problems (major) and that is why they had to regress to old data. Do not read anything negative in that statement... I love Google . The fact that they are always experimenting, changing, improving, etc. is one reason why. This should all work out within the next dance (approx. one month).

Please make sure that you can not. With regard to Meta tags, not essential but I highly recommend them. If you want to post the code here... we can see it. To call a JavaScript in an html file is pretty simple. Example: In the head of your document define the location of your script: ><script language="JavaScript1.2" src="SomeScript.js" type="text/javascript"></script> Then to call a function: ><script language="JavaScript1.2" type="text/javascript">someFunction();</script> Make sure that you have a path to the script if necessary.

You can still do it the way I suggested. If we took the above HTML and placed it in the wrapper, the affect would be the same.

I did not tell the truth this is not how TCH did it. This is how I would have done it (and do it on other boards) but I just looked and Mr. Guru did something different... not sure. Sorry.
