I've gotten such amazing support on-line I never gave telephone support a second thought, but I'm sure there are times when it would be convenient. Congrats on the expanded support level, Bill. It can only mean things are going well and TCH is growing - always a good thing.
Look forward to seeing the new website. A little sprucing up is always fun.

129 - 1 short of 10 baker's dozens
(Thomas - take the individual digits of 127 and add them up 1 + 2 + 7 = 10
take the individual digits of 10 and add them up 1 + 0 = 1 - the point is to keep adding digits until you end up with a single number - forget what it's called but it does have a name. The saying is a lyric from an old song "One Is The Loneliest Number" by 3 Dog Night, an American group popular in the 70's and 80's.)
127 1 + 2 + 7 =10 1 + 0 = 1 One is the loneliest number that you'll ever do.

God has decided that having a website might actually simplify a few things. He's chosen TCH, and ordered 50 dedicated servers on the 25-year-prepaid plan to get started.
OK, you've bought out another company? You're preparing an IPO? You've received some mega-major business award/endorsement? You're going to be on Dave Letterman?
Well, then, I go back to number one, because I think if God ever did really want a website he'd come here for hosting! Thumbs Up
