I believe there is a limit of 50 emails per 300 seconds lapse time. If you are doing a Large mailing ( as you say) this could be the problem. I'm sure some TCH expert will confirm this. (to eliminate spammers)

This is weird..I also just tried to send mail from webmail to my 2 hotmail accounts and nothing arrived!!! I then tried it from outlook express to my hotmail accounts and again nothing...this is weird... Yuck! youneverknow

goodgulf ...I have been with TCH for about 4 months and their servers are FAST!!! If you read some of the posts here you will RARELY see anyone complain about slow servers....TCH does care and it's FAST everytime I go to my sites.

It opened a cpanel box that I had to drag open...try holding your mouse to the extreme right and the cursor should turn into a double arrow..hold down the left mouse buttton to drag it to a larger window...it worked for me. youneverknow

Has anyone at TCH addressed the problem with the FALSE uptime reports from Alertra? I ask this because yesterday server 26 went down for a significant amount of time. This also happened I believe on a different server a few weeks ago. Both times now TCH's Alertra stats has shown 100% uptime when we all know this not to be true. I feel that if these tools are installed and to be used by the customers, then they should be 100% reliable. This topic was brought up some weeks ago and got sort of the brush off (we are looking into it) from the TCH staff. If you are not expecting a large amount of traffic on your site I would start with the lower priced plan...you can always upgrade to silver...the 5.5 gigs of transfer is quite a lot...you can always go silver when traffic increases. It is very easy to monitor usage through the Cpanel...

Just curious as to why the Alertra stats that TCH uses is showing 100% uptime on server 26. I thought there were major problems with that server in December 2003 and that the Head Guru ordered up a completly new server at a more responsible data center. I believe Bill asked for a 36 hour ban on your uploads to your site. It will make their job a lot easier not to change the content of your site. When I go to Horde mail I see messages that I know contain a virus. They appear to be the updates microsoft has released. Why are these coming to my catchall email?
