Thanks Thomas. Normally I wouldn't be in such a hurry to see the server back up, but one of my project websites just made the front page of a prominent newspaper, so these technical problems are a definitely ill-timed killjoy! :-)

While I guess it's best that the Techs are focusing on fixing the issue, rather than chatting online, I've got a LOT of clients on this server and many of them are already breathing down my neck wanting answers.

We swapped the data into new chassis and the server is working fine now.

We confirmed that all the services are working fine.

Please post a ticket to the help desk, if you have any issues with the accounts on this server.

I also doubled the amount of RAM in the server whilst we had it on the work bench.

Here's to another 3 years of solid up time on Data.
