I am unable to get a listing of folders from my site for the last couple of hours and therefore I am unable to transfer anything. Basically it is doing everything and then times out when it gets to LIST folders. I have included the log information below and I have tried it on 2 different computers that I used last week, both of them connected without a problem then.

Do you know if there is a problem with the server? I am using FileZilla but also can't connect with Dreamweavers FTP tool (it times out too).

Thanks

Mike

Welcome to the forums Mike :D

It could be a routing issue between you and the servers.

You can open a help desk ticket (link at top of page)
to tech support to ask if they have any trouble connecting to your account with ftp.

Did you follow the advice from above?

Routing problems is the usual reason.
If it were the server the techs would know right away.

Squash,

Welcome to the forums. You could open a ticket and see if our techs are having trouble connecting to your account or you can run a traceroute and see if that might give an indication of a routing problem.
