I just need a very brief refresher course, please. I purchased a second domain around midnight, and got an e-mail saying: Congratulations! Your registration request for the domain name(s) below was successful. So...do I have to wait 24-72 hours for the domain name to propagate, before purchasing a plan for this second domain, or can I do it immediately?
