  1. When trying to update any data in mysql databases using phpMyAdmin I'm getting this >X-Powered-By: PHP/4.2.3 Location: http://nfortin.com:2082/3rdparty/phpMyAdmin/sql.php?... [SQL Query goes here] Content-type: text/html <html><h it's updating the data, but is kind of annoying.. Has anyone had this problem?
  2. Ip denying wouldn't have any effect because the person viewing the webpage is calling the image. The server is just essentially linking.
  3. You may try one of these... http://wsabstract.com/howto/htaccess10.shtml http://httpd.apache.org/docs/mod/mod_rewrite.html >RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} ^http://site.that.shouldnt.be.linking.com$ [NC] RewriteRule \.(gif|jpg)$ - [F] or >RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} ^http://site.that.shouldnt.be.linking.com$ RewriteRule \.(gif|jpg)$ http://www.****/nasty.gif [R,L] If I'm reading the rewrite manual correctly then these should work. The second would of course forward the hotlinked image to that image. This should disable it for just that site, but I'm not positive.
  4. The easiest way to do this is to go into cpanel and use the hotlinking option on the right I believe under site maintenance. In the large box on that page type all the sites you want to allow to hotlink. All others will be un available. I just recently started using this system again. It works great, but I would like to forward all unavailable hotlinks to another image. But hot linking disables it Instead of a red X I would like to have an image that says hotlinking is disabled from this domain. Anyone know how this can be done? I'm sure it is .htaccess modification edit: just figured an easy way to do it. I don't use png files on my site at all. So I just removed png from the extensions at the bottom and saved my file as sorry.png And it works like a charm
  5. One of my domains, natcor.com, has somehow gotten listed on spamcop. There are only 5 people that have addresses here and i know none of them are sending spam. Anyone know of a way to get rid of this? I read somewhere that the server itself could be flagged. Is anyone else on server 14 having any problems? Thanks, NaFortin
  6. guess i won't be installing that afterall.
  7. I've got phpnuke 7.0.1 up and running on my site. I haven't redirected to it yet (still working on my template). Just follow the instructions and you shouldn't have any problems.
  8. I'm having problems changing permissions using cpanel. I didn't used to have any problems, but know it just ignores me. Any file or folder i try to change permissions on fails. I don't get any error messages or anything. The only thing i noticed that was different than before is it doesn't refresh the left pane anymore once you submit the new permissions. To get around the problem i've been ftping in and changing permissions with chmod, but I'd like to be able to use cpanel. I use IE and Firebird, both have the same problem. I've also tried disabling my proxy settings. I'm on server 11. I just checked and I'm having the same problem on another domain on server 14. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
  9. I must say. I've been runnin winamp 2 for ever. Because of the problems with winamp 3, but I like what i see on the new one.
  10. Did it give you an error message when the new creation failed? Does it create the database for the new forum?
  11. is that the same thing as invision board? just curious
  12. Is there a way to do a recursive chmod through cpanel or ftp? i tried "chmod 644 dir -R" but it doesn't work in ftp.... Doing them one at a time isn't any fun (cpanel) I can do them one directory at a time (wftp) if i have to.. Thanks, NaFortin Rock Sign
  13. PHP Nuke only an option on certain servers? PHP-BB is what loads on mine...
