I did go to the support page, but the Online operator was not available, so I left a message. I did get a reply soon afterwards saying that I should send an email to billing@totalchoicehosting.com telling them what happened and they will give me instructions on how to make a payment for hosting. It's already been two days later and I've had NO response from them, not even an email saying that they did get my mail. This is a bit concerning. Please help. Thanks

I've been trying a few times yesterday afternoon, and again tonight to Order Hosting. But each time I got the following error after waiting a few minutes after clicking the "Next Step" button of the first page ("Cutomer Details") on the Order page. Error message: PerlBill: Script Error Perlbill was unable to launch due to the following errors: Net::ParseWhois: Can't connect to : IO::Socket::INET: Timeout at include/register.cgi line 668 Could you please advise? I have purchase one domain name about a year ago and already are hosting a website with a different company, and are looking at moving my hosting elsewhere. Recently I have purchased another domain name which is a shorter version of my original domain name. I however do not want to purchase two different hosting accounts for both domains (but will consider it) as the content should be identical, in other words the domains should point to the same website. I would however like to have email accounts for both domains for example: info@aaaa.net and info@a.net What hosting should I be looking at or how can I achieve this? Thanks
