I did go to the support page, but the Online operator was not available, so I left a message. I did get a reply soon afterwards saying that I should send an email to billing@totalchoicehosting.com
telling them what happened and they will give me instructions on how to make a payment for hosting.
It's already been two days later and I've had NO response from them, not even an email saying that they did get my mail.
This is a bit concerning. Please help.
