smdretail Posted July 9, 2005 Share Posted July 9, 2005 I am unable to get a listing of folders from my site for the last couple of hours and therefore I am unable to transfer anything. Basically it is doing everything and then times out when it gets to LIST folders. I have included the log information below and I have tried it on 2 different computers that I used last week, both of them connected without a problem then. Do you know if there is a problem with the server? I am using FileZilla but also can't connect with Dreamweavers FTP tool (it times out too). You can open a help desk ticket (link at top of page) to tech support to ask if they have any trouble connecting to your account with ftp. You could open a ticket and see if our techs are having trouble connecting to your account or you can run a traceroute and see if that might give an indication of a routing problem.
