LOL well I tried to take care of all the unwanted mail. Its funny though it was only my main account that was getting hit by spam mail as soon I my account was activated. Suggestions on how to set it up better for the blockers? Right now I feel like one of the bugs bunny cartoons and when someone did some thing stupid it showed them as Donkey (jack***) Sorry to bother you on this but I do appreciate you taking care of that for me asap. It seems that I cannot get email from my account. I am totally frustrated now since I am awaiting of all things the link so I can log into support help. Grr I thought lastnight I was just tired now today its true. No incoming mail. I can send email out but cannot get any in. HELP ME PLEASE!!

Ok i figured it out. Sometimes too much information is bad! I went through the config process 4 more times and missed one small detail that lets me check what is installed on the gallery already. I still get a funny error but the images upload so i am not going to complain about it. Instead of using netpbm which was causing me problems I used an option for imagmajik ( spelled name wrong i know ) and Bingo all works. I am still confused on all of the locations a bit such as: /etc/ld.so.conf /usr/local/netpbm/bin/giftopnm Would those locations be on my machine or a Directory on my server ? Just curious is all so for future reference I will have a better understanding. Thanks Eck

Hello, Yes its me again with another problem. I do not believe I can do this myself and I do not know if anyone understands this request because I sure don't. I am running Gallery v1.3.2 on my site. I cannot upload certain size files because of a specific error. I did find the answer but I have no clue how to do this: Here is the answer I found: error in loading shared libraries indicates that your dynamic library loader can't find a library that it needs. On Linux you can add the directory containing the appropriate library /etc/ld.so.conf and then run ldconfig -v as root to fix this. That answer just just blew me away. I have no clue where /etc/ld.so.conf is and I know for certain I cannot run that ldconfig -v as root. Is there anyone who could give me advice on what to do or maybe one of the tech support gurus can help me out. Of course any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you for you information. You were correct in what I needed to do. I now have my site up and running. Getting better at understanding what needs to be done and once these pages are set up how easy they are to manage. Hello, Ok I may confuse some of you and then again I may not. I am trying my hardest to figure out php. Yes i am a newbie when it comes to this. I have a working template for Php which will allow me to build my site. It has everything I need but when I tried to upload it to the page I remembered I had to set up the sql server or I could use phpadmin to do it from the cpanel. This is where I get totally lost. In this template It already had it set up for me ( I know easy mans way out ) I figured I would have this done and working in no time on my own. 12 hours later I am about to cry my eyes out. 1) When I upload the files do I put them in there own directory or do I leave them in the public_html directory? 2) Is there a way I can copy the database I have with this template into my site databse from phpadmin 3) If not how do I go about setting it up? That is the hardest thing I have had to figure out. 4) Should I just give up and go with normal html? I was all excited when my account was activated and had everything set to go and then my boat got a hole in it and I slowly sank. Sorry right now my brain is Toasted and I don't know if this makes much sense. Any help would be appreciated or any suggestions. I know the easiest thing is to give up and I really do not want to.
