One reason I left my previous hoster is because I signed up two seperate domains a month apart on two different credit cards on a plan that would give me mysql access for both. And somehow they fubared it up and gave me a multidomain minimum plan that stripped me of my mysql databases. I even had two recipts and two order numbers. I fnally get word that I would be reimbursed (we'll see when the statement gets here). My situation then is that I want to setup a second domain (don't have any customers yet to go with a reseller plan, too $$$), but before I setup another domain, I want to be sure that I will have two seperate domain accounts. Can anyone understand what i'm saying? Rocco Rock Sign

I did a search and could not find anything. Then again this may not be that place to ask, but here goes... I know how to add user permissions to my local MySQL database(via the mysql>console), but how do I do that on the one(s) that resides on the TCH server. I couldn't find anything in the control panel or the myphpadmin tool (but I could be blind) :Nerd: . I did add users in the mysql control panel and then added them to the database. But what permissions do they get by default and how do I change them? Rocco

Borfast, yes. Here's more details, when I was at work yesterday I could get to it just fine. When I came home it would not load. I get the Action Canceled page. I'm on a laptop so I am using he same PC at both places. I am using Sprint Fast Connect DSL here at home, and work has 3 T1 lines. I will be going into work today so I will see if I can get to it from there again. Maybe I'll be calling Sprint his afternoon. Rocco

I was able to et to my site just fine today, except now it will not show up. I can still FTP to it and also get to the cPanel. butthe URL not currently working. But it was earlier this afternoon. www.consumed-youth.com cPanel says welcome to server 43. this works (except for the paths being messed up) http://209.51.157.42/~consume2/ Any Thoughts??

I just singed up with TCH Rock Sign and lets say that I am so glad that my other hoster (UNIXHoaxter.com) Mad!!! sucked so bad at service to make me want to look for other hosting solution so that I found you guys!! (whoa, did that make sence ? ) Anyway, I noticed right away that when I FTP'ed into my site that there are 6 folders in there that are prolly for Frontpage. (_private, _vti_bin, ..., ) Can I delete these folders since I do not use frontpage and never will? Thanks, Rocco
