Am I allowed to register my domain elsewhere and simply point to your nameservers if I get a website hosting plan?

Yes of course.  That would be no problem at all.

Thank you for considering TCH.

This should prove popular here in Scotland - to me for one user.  Is it known when and if TCH will offer this - and are any details known?

I am a Forum Moderator. While I can assist in answering most of your hosting related questions, I am unable to answer questions about specifics relating to your account such as billing and server related issues. Should you need assistance in these areas, please contact our Help Desk or our many other options. Another good place to find answers is with our help pages, tutorials and movie tutorials.

Yes, you can host any domain with TCH whether it is purchased from any other provider. You have to simply put TCH nameservers in your domain control panel and all done.

Nameserver propagation depends in your ISP, it may take 1-2 days. You have to wait till it take place.

That's it.
