I have a domain name that I am not happy with. If I get a hosting plan and start developing the website, can I change the domain later without it affecting the programing I have done on my site?

I want to set the existing ones and the new one to NOT automatically renew. How do I go about changing this?

You just need to submit a ticket to the help desk in order to change the domain name of your hosting account.
