Head Guru Posted May 27, 2004 Share Posted May 27, 2004 Hello, Just a quick note. We are in the process of replacing the main TCH server. We have outgrown our current server and are in need of a large upgrade. You may have noticed a general slow down on the forums and load times for all of the tch web site. This is caused by high loads on the server. High loads are created from a very large increase in site traffic. This is a rather large job, as the tch domain has several very large databases and contains a large amount of static pages. We have been working on this the past several days and expect to be complete in the very near future. At this point we anticipate no down time, however we will be closing the following for a 2 hour window. Billing and customer login areas. Help Desk Forums Once the move is complete we will than turn on the above areas again. All tech support during these times will be ran thru Instant Message and Telephones.
