  1. I need to have email sent to a single email address (i.e. support@website.com) to more than one person. I thought I would be able to do this through mail forwarder, but seems you can only forward one to one. Any suggestions?
  2. I am looking more for something that will show all internet usage, not just I AM A SPAMMER. There are several other things that is "off limits" for him that I want to be able to track as well.
  3. Can anyone suggest a free software that will monitor computer internet usage and will show what sites are being viewed? I have a computer set up on our home network for a teenager in the house, but I have not let him use it on the internet for fear of what he might be looking at (I make him use the one in the common area of the house where he is never alone with the computer). I do not want need to block service, but I want to track usage to keep him honest and away from trouble. I use to use one at work that was awesome! It was a packet sniffer I beleive and would show everything, but it cost about $1000 per copy at the time.
  4. What makes you think it is a virus? I don't think it would be a virus on my computers. I have checked them all, the virus software is all up to date, and I did not find any adware. Plus, we were out of town all day yesterday and the computers were shut done.
  5. I received an email that has confused me and was wondering if I should be concerned. I also received a new post on my guestbook earlier today from an obviously questionable source (he put his personel website as a I AM A SPAMMER site, I host a BoyScout website!). I want to make sure the two are not related. The text from the email is below. There were a couple of text attachments giving more information from AOL on the rejected mail. It was sent to hostmaster@xxxxxxx.org. Do I need to be concerned? 6. They are different, and that is my problem. I know the primary user id and password will give access to all of the folders, but I only want this person to have access to the one folder. I was hoping that by setting him up as an ftp user with access to that folder, that he would be able to get access and still allow all other users to access through amember. The amember login is the only one that is being recognized, however.
  7. I have been using Amember Pro for several months without problem. I now need to allow someone FTP access to a folder that I am protecting with Amember, but cannot figure out how to. I granted them access through cpanel, but the Amember user id's are the only ones that work. Any suggestions on how to do this?
  8. Did anyone sign up? I have been playing for a couple of weeks and find it to be fun. It is a slow moving game because you have to build up gold, but it is great because you only have to take a look at it once a day for about 10 minutes and your rocking. Take a look at http://www.kingsofchaos.com/recruit.php?uniqid=xtvdhhgm Even if you don't sign up, click on the number displayed to help me along. Please.
  9. You will need to edit plans.css under the templates folder to fix the text size. The width is set to resize automatically, but if your events descriptions are too long, it will force the calendar to be larger than the page. In the plans.css file, I think the line you need to change is to be
  10. I liked the software, but other members of the troop did not (they could not see where that was related to Boy Scouting or to the troop). Since it is the troops site, I have moved on. I would still recommend it. I had it up for about three months without any problems. Once I figured out which one to use, the installation was easy. I generally prefer databases to flat files, but the database setup file is 12meg and the max you can upload to phpmyadmin is 2meg. I started to set them up manually, but decided it was not worth that much trouble and decided to try the flat files. If you have any problems, let me know and I will try to help you through it.
  11. I used the PHP version with flat files with no problems. Easy to set up. You need to go with the flat files because the provided file to create the database is to large to upload and install in phpmyadmin. I tried this software, but decided after using it for several months, that I was not getting many looks on it, so I took the link off of the main page. I am planning to delete it, but have not gotten around to it, so some of the templates updates for the main page have not been applied here. It is still active if you want to see the flat files in action. http://www.bsatroop98.org/weather/hw3.php
  12. I had to submit a ticket to the help desk. They said that they found some corrupted files. They were able to get the updated version installed for me, but they were not able to import the guestbook entrys from the proir version.
  13. I recently found a game called Kings of Chaos. It's a Dungeon & Dragons type game that is played entirely online through a website. You build your army by recruiting people to join you. You automatically receive a certain amount of gold every 30 minutes, based on how many soldiers you have. Here is a link to my recruitment page: http://www.kingsofchaos.com/recruit.php?uniqid=xtvdhhgm I've only just started, but it looks interesting and you don't have to do much. Take a look and join up if you like. Even if you do not sign up, go through the first screen and click the number shown. It gives me an additional soldier everytime you do. I forgot to mention earlier...this game & website was designed and coded entirely by high school kids. They did a great job!
  14. I don't know if TCH is interested, but I know there is a radio show that is looking for a hosting company that has two different radio shows. The morning show is in Tampa FL, Atlanta GA, St. Louis MO, Columbus GA, Jacksonville FL. The afternoon show is in Tampa FL, Miami FL, Atlanta GA, and somewhere in TX. He is a Clear Channel radio show and claims that he is always in the top for web hits out of all of their radio shows. Based on his contests and other events, I would believe it. If TCH could work out a hosting deal with him, it should be masive advertising for TCH. Just a heads up if your interested. Email me directly and I will provide his web addresses if you are interested.
  15. I will just share the words of wisdom that my father gave me on my wedding day. "Son, if Mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy" Six years later (as of June 20th), I have found that to be true. Every time Mama wasn't happy, I have been in the recliner.
