Head Guru Posted February 16, 2005 Share Posted February 16, 2005 On Saturday 2/19/2005 TotalChoice Hosting will be performing a major upgrade to our internal infrastructure that supports totalchoicehosting.com, tchhelp.com, help desk, order processing, our billing software and all areas that effect our website. This upgrade will require 1 hour of service interruption for the above listed amenities. We are scheduling the following maintenance window: Saturday 2/19/2005 between 3AM and 7AM EST. During this window you may experience connectivity issues to our web site. This may last for only a few moments or may last thru-out the maintenance window. We will be communicating with our clients during this time frame thru our status page. It can be found at tchstatus.com. We will make up to the minute updates there. Also, during the maintenance window, if you are unable to connect to our website for support, we will be available for technical support. Once this upgrade is complete we will be ready to support our growing client base for the upcoming years. Thank you for your support during our growth.
