    oh, do you know any programs that come default with Windows? Programs that i think may help out are Windows Movie Maker(where i edited the video), and i heard something about Adobe Photoshop, but how might these programs help me?

    you seem to know a lot about file types os i'll ask you a question. how do you change a movie file (WMA) to a picture file (preferalbly GIF, PNG, or JPG)?
