You simply upload your file and they email you the pdf, then save the file to your computer. However, personally I don´t like to upload things that I do not know what the site do with after besides emailing me the pdf in this case. Why not give doPDF (dopdf.com) or PDF Creator (sourceforge.net/projects/pdfcreator/) a try?
