So maybe I am just seeing old cached information or something. I changed DNS servers the other day. Just odd because I was going thru the site had a non www version of the site up in one window and a www version in another window by chance and then the www version just started returning errors. Hi just a quick question, I was trying to not submit a trouble ticket because the solution seems to be just evading me. My site at http://www.idolthoughts.com seems to have lost the www subdomain. That link will fail but if you go http://idolthoughts.com it comes up fine. Earlier today I was having no issues and have not had this issue in the past at all. Any ideas on how to fix? Could the symbolic link be broken? Thanks for any hints.

I'll be more than happy to take you up on your offer Bill. Just let me know what I need to do. I am on server 90 at the moment and was planning on doing dedicated in March anyway.
