Hi Alex and Patrick yes the prompt window no longer appears for this particular site - I suspect that it was turned off by accident by one of our staff. I have access to WHM (ded server) so how to I turn it back on again? I can access hidden file through legacy file manager OK as the prompt still appears there as it does on regular file manager on the rest of the sites on this ded server. thanks for the help Siswati

Hi Guys my first post to the forum and its to say thanks for the upgrades and wonderful service you guys do provide. Unlike you wise men, I have all my eggs in one basket! TCH hosts all my sites and those of my clients too - 14 to date - not much but growing. Sure my sites have suffered in the past with downtime but it has been the helpful attitude of your staff more than anything that has kept me loyal. I am sure the upgrades and new DC will furher enhance our experience many thanks Danny Steyn
