When I try to access Webmail on my site I get an Apache basic authentication dialogue requesting a username/password. Neither my account password or the email address/password works. I'm stumped. Since you have to log into webmail anyway I don't at all understand why this would even be on there.

Help?

I believe you need to enter the full user@domain.com and password.

Nope, the user@domain doesn't work.

Thanks for the reply however.

Hi,

Submit a support ticket with the email address and password (along with your cpanel login info) and we'll investigate for you.
