  1. OR you can use e-mail filtering option in cpanel to filter out spam to discard or to a separate mailbox
  2. the only way I could find the spam folders was with Squirrel mail, go to folders then subscribe to spam folders. Looks like each individual e-mail account gets assigned spam folder and those are created at a time when first spam hits. You will need to login with your cpanel id and pass to see all folders at the same time.
  3. logged on to Horde with main account, expanded all folders - do not see any folders called spam at all..... ???
  4. I activated spambox along with the spamassasin. The instructions on the c-panel say: "Enabling the Spam Box feature will cause all mail marked by Spam Assassin as spam to be delivered to a separate mail box called 'spam'. You easily can use IMAP or Horde/IMP to check messages that are routed to this box. If you wish to use pop3 to check the spam box, just add "/spam" (without the quotes) to the end of your pop3 login. (Example: joe@i.com/spam) " Can somebody pls give detailed instructions how I can access the spam box? Not sure what IMAP is... played with Horde but couldn't make it logon to the spambox... tx

  7. After recent Server 4 move noticed the following: I have a couple of e-mail addresses I setup to forward to another address in Forwarders. On the old server all the forwarded e-mail did not stay on these accounts but now it "sticks" and stays there after being forwarded. Is there a control to select wheather I want the forwarded e-mail to remain or discarded? Tx

Hi, Here is my problem: I have several e-mail accounts setup on a site, they all work fine except for one - this morning one of the accounts bacame unaccessable - can't access remotly or via Webmail - it just hangs and no error messages either. I deleted the account and then set it up again with the same name and it still doesn't work, while other accounts work fine. any thoughts? ps. I tried to open a help desk ticket but can't logon - is there a way to set up new help desk account? tx
