  1. apparently i didn't enable email notifications... thanks for the replies. i'll look into adding some lines to my php files.
  2. I see that the main totalchoicehosting.com server uses gzip compression, aka >Content-Encoding: gzip for it's content. Is this enabled on the customer's servers? I checked mine (Server26) and it wasn't in the headers.
  3. I'm on server 26. When I created a backup today, the name of the backup looked something like this: backup-5.21.2003_03-09-40_username.tar.gz It looks as if the date in the file name is incorrect. I am reading it correctly right? (It is June, the sixth month?) Also, what do the numbers after the date stamp represent? Final question: Can a backup still be made even when your site is near the quota and the resulting backup would run over the quota for your account? (Is there a temp max size larger than the quota?) TIA, Aaron
  4. Description says it all -- what was in the original .htaccess file? Thanks
