  1. Hi, is there anyway to whitelist a domain? There is a nonprofit that uses some program/service that adds numbers to the email address so each email has a unique sender and it is a pain to have these emails constantly in the quarantine report.
  2. Thank you, Bruce. I gave that a try, but it didn't want to work for me. I put the test site on a subdomain, which is working now.
  3. I am working on a test site and cannot get to the wordpress sign in page. The domain name I gave WP when I set it up was a dummy name and doesn't exist. I have done this before, but it isn't working this time or I have forgotten how to get into WordPress using the IP address. XX.XX.XX.XX/~cpanel-username/wp-admin. However it tries to resolve to dummy-domain/wp-admin and of course goes no where. What am I doing wrong this time? I can see the website by going to XX.XX.XX.XX/~cpanel-username but clicking on the sign-in link there doesn't get me to the sign in page. Thanks for any help.
  4. I am trying to use Fatastico to install WordPress. I am getting this error message: "You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain." Then it tells me to use the back button and fix the error. How do I fix this error?? Thanks.
  5. Thanks, I did that. I didn't see those directories. A folder names "sites" and the .htaccess file are the only things that remained. I also tried to delete two other directories from the home directory and they won't go away. One is a backup I created last July and the other is a directory I made for a couple files I wanted to hold on to until I decided to delete or not. Any suggestions on how to get rid of these?
  6. My site is currently set up on Drupal. Before that I had WordPress. Before that I had pages that I coded. I would like to delete everything, but not my mail accounts, and start over again. Can I just delete everything in the /public_html folder? I will also delete the databases. This will leave my email accounts alone, won't it?
