Guest John MC
Hi i had a re-seller account aabout 4 years ago and one of my big gripes was not being able to edit dns records like A records & cnames for sub-domains. has this feature been added or is submitting a ticket still required? Other then that im excited to come back to Total Choice because up time and speed at my current host has plunged and total choice was always well above my expectations, still that way i hope? Thanks! TCH-Dick
Yes, there is now a simple DNS Editor in your cPanel, which will allow you to edit A records and CNAME records. There are some limits related to some records that may already exist by default, like "mail." and "ftp.", which we can change for you. rhianna
If you are choosing a dedicated server 1) If the account is hosted on a cpanel server, we can get the account transferred over to your new server free of cost. 2) You can host any number of accounts. 3) SSH access is available.
