Blessings upon you. Another major thank you goes to TCH ANDY. When I saw his avatar I thought 'he has a kind face', boy was that right. I was to the point of frustration and total meltdown that I was going to DEMAND a refund and go elsewhere, not ask politely. I was madder than a wet hen. This man has superior people handling skills, he let me rant and vent, defused my rage, charmed me, and FIXED the problem. Then, because he is also a smart man, he explained what went wrong. Seven times I thank you Andy, and if they ever give you a vacation come on over and we will point you to the good surf spots and take you to look at cows.
