unielco Posted November 7, 2006 Share Posted November 7, 2006 I have been reading over the reviews of TCH over the last couple of days and I wanted to share my viewpoint. I recently was having an issue with our company email. And, as usual the problem was a set up issue on our end. Tom Duncan was very patient and more importantly very responsive to my issue. I then looked at the saved emails I have had from TCH tech support and realized that most of the time the problem has been resolved at the first response. My previous experience with a webhost at a significantly higher cost which included phone support was not as responsive as TCH's email support. The bottom line for my company is this: I am not an expert web designer. In fact, I am not even a good web designer and our website is definitely a no frills affair. But, because of TCH support I am able to keep our website up and running for our customer's. And the forum people are great and very helpful even to amateurs like myself. Not all forums treat the less skilled folks as nicely as all of you do.
