You just need to use your favorite mail client to configure your mail on imap protocol. Here is the settings you required; Secure SSL/TLS SettingsUsername: you@yourdomain.orgPassword: Use the email account’s password.Incoming Server: butterscotch.tchmachines.comIMAP Port: 993POP3 Port: 995Outgoing Server: butterscotch.tchmachines.comSMTP Port: 465 Authentication is required for IMAP, POP3, and SMTP. vabubb Posted December 5, 2013 Author Share Posted December 5, 2013 Hi guys - I originally assumed only POP3, because of this FAQ from your site: https://www.totalchoicehosting.com/faq/thunderbird.html which I got to from this site: https://support.totalchoicehosting.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/5/1/how-to-set-up-your-e-mail-client then clicked on Email on the next page. TCH-Bruce Posted December 5, 2013 Share Posted December 5, 2013 The reason for using the server names instead of your domain name is you are using secure ports for IMAP and you don't have your own security certificate.
