One Year In...

Recommended Posts

Well, I have to say that I have had zero downtime, the upgrade of the account levels, server backup, and so much more over the past year. All great things to have from a hosting provider, given the horror stories I have heard across the web.

What has been a nice bonus, is the continued help in the forums from everyone. I recently had some issues with WordPress and Noah's Classifieds. Even though I took awhile to get back to fixing the issues, the TCH Forum Staff was still around and helped me push my way through.

Guys/gals, thank you very much for providing excellent service and polite help consistently.

Soon, I will be bringing a couple more domains online, and look forward to growing to a reseller account with you!

Hey, you guys have it down pat, and I'm more than happy to let you know that. I haven't come across an issue yet that wasn't resolved or at least replied to within a couple of hours, and every issue has been resolved quickly (the few I've had).

Generally, when I have an issue, it's my own lack of knowledge rather than a TCH matter. Thankfully, everyone in the forums is more than willing to help. I was referred by a friend, and I tell everyone I can to come on down.

It's like a Sunday afternoon picnic with fried chicken. Everybody just helps each other and laughs. (Can you tell I'm southern?)

on a similar note i recently just "paid up again" for another year!

quite a lot of things have changed for the better (with all the new features TCH announce)

what is even better is this place TCHforum. theres always seemingly someone on hand to offer advice on anything from PHP to Photography.

big thumbs up to TCH and its family of clients :)

what more do you want, fast "real technical support" and a forum for other questions, then you have of course, that web hosting stuff
