dirtvoyles Posted April 11, 2007 Share Posted April 11, 2007 Well, I have to say that I have had zero downtime, the upgrade of the account levels, server backup, and so much more over the past year. All great things to have from a hosting provider, given the horror stories I have heard across the web. What has been a nice bonus, is the continued help in the forums from everyone. I recently had some issues with WordPress and Noah's Classifieds. Even though I took awhile to get back to fixing the issues, the TCH Forum Staff was still around and helped me push my way through. Guys/gals, thank you very much for providing excellent service and polite help consistently. I haven't come across an issue yet that wasn't resolved or at least replied to within a couple of hours, and every issue has been resolved quickly (the few I've had). Generally, when I have an issue, it's my own lack of knowledge rather than a TCH matter. Thankfully, everyone in the forums is more than willing to help. I was referred by a friend, and I tell everyone I can to come on down. It's like a Sunday afternoon picnic with fried chicken. Everybody just helps each other and laughs. (Can you tell I'm southern?)
