TCH-Dick Posted September 30, 2003 Share Posted September 30, 2003 Attention: All merchants using the “recurring payment” option This weekend, the “Repeat Charge Receipt” emails for past periods were triggered automatically in error. We have successfully stopped the transmission of these emails. We will be communicating with all clients who received the email to assure them that they have NOT incurred a duplicate charge. We will also be monitoring all systems and processes related to duplicate charges to ensure that unnecessary disputes or requests for refunds are resolved.
