  5. Hi, Glad to know that you sorted out the issue on your own and thanks for understanding and we will look forward to help you in live chat support.
  6. And by the way, I was able to resolve my issue. Thanks again!
  7. Thanks! I'll give the Live Chat a try the next time. Though, I'll miss the IRC channel since it wasn't just technical support but was also more of a hangout spot at times. 🙂
  8. Sorry for the inconvenience but I would still suggest you trying our live chat support option. Live chat support button can be found on all pages on our website as well as on that direct link I sent. I have also sent all information about your issue via ticket #WSY-554-87291.
  9. Is IRC gone for good? If so that's too bad. That was one thing I loved about this hosting company, being able to hop on IRC and sometimes get issues resolved right away.
  10. Yes IRC isn't available now but you can always contact us via our support help desk at https://support.totalchoicehosting.com/ or using Live Chat Support at https://totalchoicehosting.com/livechat . Both of these channels are available 24x7. I will check your site and will submit a ticket for you.
  11. Going to `https://<url and stuff>/frontend/paper_lantern/stats/errlog.html` shows me errors from months ago and nothing recent. If I try to view `/usr/local/apache/logs/error_log` on my VPS, I see no relevant errors either. This is for my domain anothermessageboard.com
  12. Normally I hop in the IRC for any quick questions but it seems that it is unreachable? Is it gone? I'm getting a 500 Internal Server Error on my VPS for one of my domains and for the life of me I cannot find the logs, either in the Console or in CPanel. Help?
  13. Changes to Update Process that you need to be aware of Important changes you may need to make to ensure your update process continues to work after J4.0.4. The reason we need to make these changes is to modernise the update process. The updates Nicholas has made have removed over 50% of the code we used to use and make the process more logical and stable. These changes will help those maintaining the code in the future. To make these changes we need to make changes to the htaccess file for anyone who is using the JDocs hardened version and those used in admintools and other htaccess examples. If you don't make these changes then you will find your updates after J4.0.4 blocked so it is vital that you act and make this change. If you have never used any of these more advanced htaccess files and only use the core file then this does not apply to you but it's worth looking through your htaccess file for the line with:- RewriteRule ^administrator/components/com_joomlaupdate/restore\.php$ - [L] And make the required changes if you do come across it in your files. ## Joomla! Update (core feature) — Joomla versions 2.5.1 through 4.0.3 RewriteRule ^administrator\/components\/com_joomlaupdate\/restore\.php$ - [L] ## Joomla! Update (core feature) — Joomla versions 4.0.4 and later RewriteRule ^administrator\/components\/com_joomlaupdate\/extract\.php$ - [L] Read more: joomla.org/announcements/release-news/5850-changes-to-update-process-that-you-need-to-be-aware-of.html
